Not like the bumper cars you remember? They are street legal-see plates. These were at a car cruise called cruisin grand in econdido ca almost 2 years ago. Its held every friday from may till sept. Lots of fun stuff. Really strange to see them running down the street. Granted not a lexus, but they are going topless (LoL).
