...So now even us Lexus people can tack on LED strips and try to make our cars look like an Audi.

Are you saying Lexus is also trying to make its top line model LS460
Sport look like Audi?

No, the ones that come on the updated LS are tastefully done.

pretty much....

BMW has the halos..and is now adding the led eyebrow (single LED, unlike audi's multiple leds)
Audi has LEDs all other place on their headlights

what else is there?

they have to copy something....

Looks strange to me. Doesn't blend well with the lines of car and headlights.

I'm sorry but this LED trend is obnoxious to me. Everyday I see these Audis, new E-class, 911s with these bright LEDs. Now people are slapping X-mas lights on front ends.

What happened to some class and not screaming "HEY IT IS ME COMING"?

Its not for me, I'll stick to my Lexus yellow fog lamps thank you. If I ever get an Audi with them, fine. I just think it looked cool for 15 minutes and now it really looks lame and trying to hard.

I think it looks OK, but I'm not really into it personally. Like 1SICKLEX says, it was pretty cool for a minute when Audi came out with it (and BMW's halo's), but I think they look best as a signature styling point for the originators.

I don't even think they really add functionality, do they? I also think it's more of a look-at-me-rolling-type-of-thing.
