Basically some kids who tooks pictures of their cars and created a car club and website around them, ok I see.
They must be gaining in popularity for someone to creat a banner for their windshield in efforts to mock them. Actually he looks quite foolish with that on his windshield as 99.9% of the people seeing it will assume a literal translation.
