aftermarket warranty or go with the range rover extended program
My 05 Range Rover HSE with 25K miles is almost out of its factory warranty because of the amount of years.. Like every other Range Rover it has its minor problems like a speaker going out,, or a window not working. Just to be the on the safe side I want to purchase an extended warranty just in case any major issues comes up. Do you guys have any good experiences with aftermarket warranty companies? I dont mind paying the extra cash but i want the convenience and i want to make sure the company is legit.. So far my two options are going with the local credit union (schools first) or just purchase it from Land Rover Newport Beach where the vehicle was purchased! thanks
how about you get rid of the range rover. with 25k miles you shouldnt be having any of the issues you listed. you may have better luck asking that question on a forum devoted to the range rovers.
I've got an 03 FF HSE and I don't have any of those problems ... interesting ...
If you want to keep that particular Rover (as opposed to grabbing another one for example) I would get the extended program from the Rover dealership you purchased at, seems like it would just work all around more easilly when you need to use said warranty.

Honestly,, this question is not going just towards range rover vehicles,, its about extended warranties in general,, It would be nice to know if any fellow clublexus members bought one that is aftermarket,, and their experiences, not just about buying or selling the car... Lexus vehicles have their problems also,, go tell all the es350 owners they should sell their car because their tranny leaks,, Go tell the ls460 owners who has window noises to sell their cars,,,
