Lexus Japan L-Select interior customization details announced

kinda like the Rolls Royce bespoke program. I love that they do this but hate the fact that they screw the US consumers who are the largest consumers of Lexus vehicles. I think they do this in Japan because they are needing to compete with the hardcore desire of the Japanese to own a european car. They need to treat us to the say customization features

Notice how the front passenger seat head rest can tip forwards so that the master in the back seat has an unobstructed view of the road ahead if he wishes to lift his eyes from the financial report he is reading!

Yes and the Exec class rear seat 'captain of industry' has an armrest button which pushes that seat forward and lowers the headrest simultaneously. 
In that pic the wood trim on the center stack looks almost like metal. Black interior + black headliner ftw!

MUST have in U.S.!
Definately!!! the Full Red interior, it's oh so sexy & aggressive. Dark Black Bird's Eye Maplewood, not the grey shade,Black alcantera roof & Black Exterior. ala M5 or Audi style. That is SO HOT!!! Just like the LS & GS from the JDM Fortissimo Thread. Passionate Black is also very HOT but I want the full red perforated leather seats & full red interior. Black/Black/Black wood is also HOT with red accents 2tone double stitch. White with Full red interior is VERY AGGRESSIVE, very sinister & sinful, LOVE IT!
This is what Lexus needs to do to elevate themselves to that top position they should be at. The U.S. has to have these options available, if it doesn't,the germans will IMO will always have superior interior. The German cars use the highest quality materials & leathers in their ultra preminum cars.

I might be totally off the mark, but from what I have read, wouldn't Toyota's "Just in time" methodology lend itself to a setup like this?
