I'm not sure, but stationery with engine off, I don't think the airbags would deploy if hit. I think the vehicle has to be on and running.
So, you could ram a truck into him and the bags would not deploy. Then again, ramming a truck has done more damage than just making the bags come out...

It depends. First since you probably are 4 foot 3 you might be able to head butt it head on. Second Lexus bumpers have an optional built in "Death Star" laser which will shoot you in the lil ******* if you try it. Three even without the optional "Death Star" there is a Lexus locate system that will extract your DNA so you can be caught.
Four and this is the most important one, any person and worse ANY MAN that vandalizes another persons car out of anger is not only seen by Zeus himself as the coward of all cowards but its an AUTOMATIC way ensure you will go to hell with gasoline drawers on. Your luck will change drastically instantly and life will be hard. The LEXUS DID NOTHING TO YOU.
Surely you make people mad but I guess no one thought about kicking in the bumper to your POS 84 Honda.
