I didn't know if we'd posted it here before or not, but this is by far the classiest two tone bugatti I have seen. I love it even more than I normally do.

Yes, that's the Pegaso edition. been posted here like a year ago. He's a Ukrainian Millionaire lives in Dubai. Has a private garage full of exotics in Burj Al Arab.
