I agree, SUVs are ugly/butch so the beak just makes it look more like a dinasaur....its not a bad addition here..

Lmfao at the TL....it is truly beyond disgustingly ugly in person

it sells poorly probably becuase it's too small and underpowerd.

I would not say the RDX is underpowered as it has done 0-60 in 6.5 seconds in tests which is pretty good for a heavy awd suv and quicker then most of its competition, reviewers seem pretty impressed with its power and torque despite it being a turbo 4 instead of a v6.

The reason it does not sell well is it is a bit too expensive, does not have much utility, there is not a big market for small expensive luxury SUVs(the Infiniti EX35 has plenty of power and to many is better looking but sells even worse), and the MDX is much more popular, sells very well, appeals to more buyers, and has less compromises.

I am not really a fan of small suvs(or most suvs) and don't care much for the RDX but I still respect it is a nice well built sporty fun suv with good power and nice luxury features. I still think Acura should just drop the RDX in a year or two and focus on a coupe or sports car. If they want to offer a smaller less expensive SUV that is lighter and gets better fuel economy then the regular MDX they should just do a shorter version of the MDX that is a 5 seater without the 3rd row, give it a smaller more fuel efficient v6, and offer it in fwd and just make SH-AWD an option. I think that would be much more successful then offering the RDX which has not been a great seller for them, the small expensive sport/lux suv segment is pretty small and there is no need to keep pushing it.

Looks okay, but it looks to me more of a girl car than a guy car still. With it's price I rather buy a fully equiped non-luxury SUV.

Not bad at all! I actually like it more than the current model.

Even the current TSX makes the previous look a bit dated and bland.

Ok what's wrong with me?

The current RDX design is okay. I mean, it looks like a happy pigeon on crack. But the new beak looks terrible. Hell it's not a beak, it's a snow plow.

I think the only reputable car in the current Acura line-up is the TSX and MDX.

Just like the TSX, it's begging for a V6.

The beak looks better on the RDX than the TL.

Like someone here said Q5 looks the best and all the other are just ok really. Nothing to write home about.

Also guess it's not selling well because no one want a luxury CUV like the EX or RDX for that matter. Don't know why anyone would buy these when Q5/RX350 is not that much more or that much bigger really.

Majority of us automobile enthusiasts (more than 90% I presume) already express distaste for the Acura Power Plenum Grille. Heck, there are even a few Honda/Acura fans who aren't too happy with this ugly grille either.

So, out of curiosity sake, is there anyone who actually likes this monstrosity?

Acura service is rather weak. The service reps. just don't seem to care about customer service. It doesn't look all that bad compared to the TL.
