I am looking into buying a 94 Sc300 locally in columbus. It is the 5 speed w58 tranny. I drove it yesterday for a little bit and felt the clutch pedal was a little weird to press down. It is a hydraulic clutch but it gives resistance the whole way and you dont really feel it engage or go down to the floor. Is this normal? I have driven hydraulic clutches before in a new honda S2000 and an 88 supra turbo (R-154 tranny) and they only give resistance until the hydraulics engage, then easily drop to the floor, then the hydraulilc action resists again to grab into gear. Any help please!?!?!
