I did mention, in that review, that the Sport-Truck version was originally due this year, but, since then, of course, Pontiac is due to be folded, and that project probably won't survive unless it is transfered to Chevy as a new El Camino.

In the forum search, several other CL members besides me and 1SICKLEX have also driven both the GT and GXP, but I'll let them bring their own comments and reviews up if they specifically want to discuss them.

One of my employees purchased for 35m with incentives. Car is sweet. Very solid and roomy.
I strongly feel this vehicle is "under appreciated". Even the G8 -Gt is a nice deal. Actually, I would prefer this over the Genesis if looking for a cheap sport sedan.

The G8 GT's I reviewed and test-drove had good solid sheet metal and exterior quality, but seemed rather flimsy inside. In general, they handled better than the Genesis sedan, but not the 3.8 Track coupe, which has a superb chassis.
