I think the shot would have had even more "wow-factor" if it was taken from near the ground causing the car to slightly bend in the photograph and also bringing out the Spitfire in the background in a more interesting way. Still, two cool pieces of technology.

 

man, 10 secs to screw off a front tag would make a world of difference in a photo...

 

By the way, this was on German television in the evening. Thankfully someone seemed to have uploaded it unto Youtube some time ago. I was relaxing with a beer and truly enjoyed this interesting comparison. It's the new Audi R8 V10 against a top-of-the-line KTM RC8 R motorcycle on a racetrack.
