Do they jack up car prices as well? Just curious as I never thought about it...
I think that the car prices are not so much inflated as housing may tend to be; I would assume they are the same MSRP/Invoice and what not would be the same. The only difference might be is that you may be able to strike a better deal than out here, even at that though, I am not so sure how true that would be.
As for the community, I actually dont remember the name because I have seen so many over the past few weeks. If you guys really want to know I think I am going back there this weekend and I can let you know.
Yeah, that looks sorta like the front end from what I remember. The rear is a little different though, as are the wheels, I am guessing he just has a few aesthetic parts from that TechArt kit, oh, and the "GT" badge.... haha

I'm not so worried about theft as I am about weather. Of course here in North Texas we get hail. Monday we had a storm that dropped golf ball to baseball size hail in my neighborhood. I'll be getting a new roof and gutters, but the F was safe in the garage.

Weather in CA right now is not really a factor... haha Rarely do we ever get hail in the part of CA I'm in. At most we get "heavy" rain, I say that in quotations because I'm sure our rain would many would find not that severe.
give me the street name and I will tell you who is in foreclosure or pre-forclosure.... might be living beyond their means, and who parks those cars on the street when you can put it in your garage....
People leave nice cars outside all the time in luxury communities because of the extra tight security.
Which area were you looking at?
You said that House behind the Cayman was 1.2m 3300sqft. I think you can make a final purchase price on that home for about a million and also depending on the area and some other conditions.
