VENT: something every month... BAHHHH
sorry.
so I bought my car last year on March 30th, and until December everything was fine......
so in December.. something small happened.. no biggie. someone wrote ******* all over my semi-dusty car. i'll just get a car wash, that was fine.
in January.. I went to Vegas... left it alone for 2 days.. came back to my car only to find out some has WALKED ON MY CAR. yes.. WALKED ON MY CAR.
I hate footprints starting from the hood of my car to my front windshield, to the roof of my car and another on my trunk... at first i couldn't see any scratches.. took it to the car was and had scratches all over my hood.
it was sad...
in February.. I got egged. for no reason. I don't know who did it, why anyone would egg my car. it was parked in front of my house...
so what's gonna happen in march? *sigh*

sorry i just had to let it out...
i only have pics from the egging.

My condolences and symphathy
....you deserve a lot better than that.
In the meantime, clean the car up as throughly as you can with water and a good car-wash detergent (NOT dishwashing soap), and then try a good light-abrasive scratch remover....SCRATCH-OUT is my personal favorite. They generally do a good job. If that doesn't work, try a slightly more abrasive buffer (that might leave light scratches, and the SCRATCH-OUT can then remove them). If the damage from the vandalism is too deep, or the scratches are too deep, you'll probably need a wet-sand and repaint.
Insurance wil probably pay for it, if you have Comprehensive on your policy (that covers vandalism), minus whatever your deductible is.
And, last, consider finding another place to go to in your spare time. Vegas, despite its glamour, as you found out, can be trouble.

Sorry to tell you this, but egg eats into paint. You have to wash it off right away. If it's already dried, you're SOL. A small, target shaped crater will form in your paint, and the only solution will be to repaint the panel.
My ex had her car randomly egged when she was helping me move. The car was brand new at the time. We came out a couple hours later to see egg on the side of the car, and I washed it off immediately. Unfortunately, the telltale etching still occurred, and I had to get the door and quarter panel repainted.

Consider notifying the local police department about these incidents. Perhap's they will increase patrols in the area and catch these bastardos. As someone mentioned: seems personal. Prior relationships, etc.
Good Luck with repairing the damage.
