hahhaa allen, you live close enough, you should have seen my car
indeed, the high rev engine is intoxicating. shifting at 8000rpm the car sounds insane

hey henru did you always want the convertible or were you looking for the hard top as well. My friend has the M6 convertible and I always wonder how much of a difference in performance there would be between the hardtop and convertible. There has to be at least 2-300 pound difference. I till thin for CA the convertible was absolutely the way to go. Again, congratulations

thanks for all the kind words guys. so far it's been one amazing ride, no regret what-so-ever. not a perfect car but for what we want, this car fits in perfectly
the m3 is fast, about 20 seconds, a good 10 seconds faster than the sc430. though i think overall the sc430 is smoother of course
yeah, while i still kind of like the coupe more, this convertible looks very good top up too
yeah most definitely. hard top is the ONLY way to go. honestly if it's like the soft top on e46, we wouldn't even consider the car at all. soft top is so loud
haha still trying to learn about my new camera, but seems like the lens and camera are going a good job, hehe
actually we wanted the e92 (coupe), but all sold out so we ended up with this e93 (convertible). more money but nicer in some sense. and now my wife loves the convertible so much she is happy we got this instead
the e93 is considerably heavier, 400lb heavier in fact. the car is definitely slower (0-60 rated at 5.1) than e92 but for a hard top it's still on the fast side. m6 has soft top, i guess it's probably around 250lb heavier.
