With disc brakes, holes are put into the wheels for a reason.....cooling. With wheels like that, he will maybe overheat the brakes, warp the rotors, glaze up the pads...or worse.
This is a perfect example of why auto manufacturers will sometimes not stand behind a warranty if significant wheel/chassis alterations are made.
