not going to look at it. is it the one where its in a concrete river be thing where its a 7 series i believe and half the cars on the regular ground and half on the slope?

Probably thought they could get more contact patch by displacing weight from one side of the vehicle onto the other. What they didn't realize is that by displacing the weight to only one wheel that really makes good traction is that you make the car into a right turning vehicle.
Remember those little R/C toys that had separate driving switches for left wheels and right? Same idea, except on a larger more stupid scale.
