I might have to switch over....to Audi on the 2nd year....
My heart is with Lexus.....but.................
I prefer the new A6 to the A7. But I prefer the BMW 550i to both. Did an extended drive of the 550i again this weekend. The car is simply awesome. I think I'm going to order a 2012 euro delivery.Originally Posted by RC51TOFUMA

I'm sick of waiting for the Lexus. I think they won't be out till mid next year, and they will make us wait another year for new engines/GSF. **** that!

I like the more hexagonal grille and the more modern looking headlights on the A6. I find the whole front end styling of the front of the A6 to be much nicer than the A7. Just seems more up to date.Originally Posted by RC51TOFUMA

From the side I prefer the A7, however I think if they had styled the A^ to be a bit more A7 like from the side it would be better. I particularly don't like the arc shaped window profile on the sedan. The hoffmeister kink on the BMW and Lexus GS looks much better.

From the rear, I prefer the Audi A7. The rear styling of the A6 looks pretty dated and boring.

Looks very nice...
There have been several Audi models that I've liked the way they looked but I had a friend who had one (been about 15 years ago) who was always complaining about frequent servicing. I'd like to think that's no longer the case and that today's models are as reliable as any other car but I don't know if anyone who drives one so, they were never near the top of my shopping list.
With a few good reviews (friends/industry), I will for sure add them to my short list.

I agree. That's been an Audi problem for a while now. Most models look a little sad in back. The headlights kind of have the some look too, with the LED's adding tears. Room for improvement there IMO.Originally Posted by TWong1200

I've found new liking for the A7 when I saw the controversial rear-end.........at a better angle (Autocar UK website)
With the S-line sport package, it already has cleared by doubts and worries of the design of the car........and with the upcoming RS7 model (under planning), then it looks like it will really take off.
Of course, it won't come close to the CLS (which I think is the design standard for any four-door coupe) but this A7 does not fall short either

I got my first look at the A7 today in person, a few of them passed me with manufacturer's tags in Wisconsin this afternoon. Final product is gonna look more like the photo's in the first post; different headlights tho,,typical Audi lights. The sportback roof really threw the look of the car off to me. Didn't hate it,,just not sure if I liked it.

Car is already out and doesn't look anything like the pics in the first post?
I didn't hate it either, but was hugely disappointed considering what the concept vehicle looked like.
