Pretty cool... don't let the mod bug hit you... Mods for a Honda are pretty cheap, but it can get out of hand QUICK!

 

Well I guess it's easier than going nuts w. mods on the IS.

 

I had a prelude in collegeg. It was one of the best cars I have ever owned. Its hands down the most reliable car I have ever owned. I still think about that old car from time to time. I also think about the old G35. I guess I am sentimental . My wife not so much.

 

i was SO ready to get in here and claim WRONG FORUM

but it all makes sense now...


I've never driven a Prelude...but I do at one point in my life.

Nice lude. I have a Integra Sedan as my daily and I'm so tempted to mod it but I've resisted so far lol.

 

Very nice prelude! I had a 92 SI back in High school, every kid was jealous

Then in college, I had a 97. Both awesome handling cars and fun to row through the gears! My wife has an IS250awd now. Good taste!

great car, I had a 2000 pearl white Prelude 5spd before I got the IS

 

I was close to gettin into a Lude again until I drove a Legacy GT. Been thinking that when I move outta the snow belt and I finally need a new car a used Prelude my do the trick. Beautiful exterior. Keep us updated. Im curious to know about fuel economy, durability, etc.

 

Definitely a nice DD. Did you get the MT or auto with sport shift? I have a buddy who had one with sport shift and by the time he traded it in, the transmission had a hard time keeping gear. Sometimes it would drop down a gear for no reason when cruising...

 

Got the manual fa sho. I had a 01 prelude in pearl white auto and i traded it for the IS. The auto trans had a recall on 97-01 models but i never had a problem with it.

 

Same but I had the auto and it was an 01. Traded for the IS.
