Default Flame Suit is On

I haven't been here awhile, mainly because I sold my lex. Although probably 100% of you think I downgraded, I still love my car and it's a lot of fun. I traded in my 97 AT Sc300 for a gti.

05 Gti 1.8t 5speed
Giac Reflash
Full 2.5 exhaust from the turbo
B&M Short Shifter
Neuspeed Intake
Greddy RS BOV
Forge Turbo inlet Pipe

So far the car's been great. Even tho it's fwd, it's still a blast to drive. The hatch is much better for me cus I do alot of snow/wake boarding and it makes things easier to fit. It's still more economical then the lexus was but boost is addicting.

My sc:

The new whip

Maybe i'll show up to the next Chi meet

GTI's are fun cars! My friend has owned three different generations of the GTI. Needless to say, he's a madd veedub enthusiast.

Yeah MkIv GTI is hot Plus the interior and the general way is built is some of the best VW has ever put out. Crazy high-end interior materials for such an inexpensive car.

First things first though...Chip the beast!

have to disagree about the VR6....turbo version is much easier to tune and in additon, the 1.8 is a tried and true bulletproof motor. Not to mention the GIAC software you're running is the best in the business (just ask 911 turbo owners who are putting down 500 hp with their tune alone). Great car.....FLame on

W8 is blazin'. The flippin exhuast note out of those quad tail pipes is enough reason to own one

Too bad the entire engine has to be pulled for things like new 02 sensors. Technological marvel of an engine, but you better have a six figure income if you want to own one
