Default Yea, Buick doesn't copy Lexus at all

Sorry if this is a repost.

New GS looking with LS exhaust. Am I crazy or does this not look like a Lexus designed car.

A lot of cars now take Lexus cues, similar to how Lexus took cues from others.

I like what Buick is doing/going, I hope this comes out well. I am sure the interior will be top notch.

Not really news. Buick execs have openly admitted, in public, that its future benchmark is Lexus.

And, in some areas, they have already caught up. Buick's general reliability, today, among the range of its models, is close to that of Lexus.....substantially above average. Buick also seems to be copying Lexus in its general trend away from soft rides towards firmer suspensions and tires. Unfortunately, in doing so, both companies are more or less ignoring their traditional customer bases.

Wow, the profile does look like the current GS. But if it is good, why not copying it?

How many Buick you see on the road per day compare to another brand? If I see a Buick I probably not notice it unless it's got the 24" wheel on it...

I wouldn't call it BLATANT copying... it's not really that similar at all.
