When I see that I think the drivers name is Richard or **** for short
but then again I grew up with a bunch of Uncle Riches and remember them being called **** for short, why anyone came up with the name **** is a wonder in it self
I get chills when I hear that name, most likely my painful childhood memories.
My Brother driver by Prius nice and slow and flips each one off, but I don't think anyone is gonna mess with him, he looks like Arnold in his prime

Mass requires front plates if you have the newer plates (red lettering).
My family has a couple older (green lettering) plates.
