I'm trying to be open minded here....
Ok lemme get this straight this car is VIP to the extreme. Obviously not a daily driver. But what is the advantage of slammin it to the ground? Just for the look or what? The kit on the car i can deal with its not to crazy and i at least know the purpose is just looks, which is perfectly fine.
Any body got any other input? Also i'm a lil curious of why i get the sense that the "DUB style" is looked down upon here. Its so obvious that this "VIP style" is the majority here but i cant stand havin that feeling that just because i like this--->
That my taste sux. I dunno?

That my taste sux. I dunno? The wheels on this car looks like it could climb on cars like a monster truck. Needs to be a little higher though to compete with the others in a luxury modified monster car division.
DanozLS430...
another thing to consider is that many of us are fans of japanese styling which is what vip is. the huge wheel look is decidedly not japanese. i've even gone so far as to buy the original toyota emblems for my trunk to replace the lexus emblems along with a toyota grill to repalce the lexus grill. i came from the import racing world, where japanese style is very important as well, so it only makes sense to apply it to my luxury car.
VIP isnt for everyone. It costs money but when you love the look its worth it. I myself own a the same model of Q45 showen at the beginning and I roll on coils. My cats are about 2 inchs from the ground. Scraping is just apart of the lifestyle its inevitable. Oh and that GS is just nasty.

VIP started in Japan from the top down.
Donk started in the US from the bottom up.
That is the key major difference. Donk style was on Caprices in Florida and eventually grew to ANY car. It basically is slapping some giant, usually ugly wheels on your car, the biggest that shouldn't fit on it.
VIP is about the details and getting those hard to find parts and keeping a truly clean ride. I don't like all of them either, some are pretty ghastly to me as well.
To be honest, I'm not big on either style but I much prefer VIP to Donk.

It looks like God stepped on the car. I accidentally stepped on a few of my Hot Wheels cars when I was young and they looked like that. I'm with ya, it just looks messed up to me, like the car is broken or something. I'm all for modifying and improving and lowering and making things sporty looking etc but at that extreme it just gets retarded to me. But some people like it and I guess I'm glad we live in a country where we can do it if we want.
there are a lot of different styles on modding cars, vip is one of them.
like it or not it's really personal, sometimes some vip i think it's too much as well, but overall i am for vip. just like some people doing dub and chrome, i can't care for them, but i have no problem with them around.

Some VIP (milder) is to my taste and I like the way it looks, but like all styles some can go to far IMO just over the top. Some to me look like they found every VIP part, assessory available in that world then put it on/in the car. If they are show cars cool but not everyday driving. Here in Atlanta it won't be long before one of those metal street covers, pot holes, dips and uneven driveways mess your VIP party up! Riding low in this city and keeping your car in tact just won't happen. Although the freeways are excellent.

haha. i see your point very clearly. I understand when the guys run air suspension and slam it down like that to take pics or car shows... but actually raise it up when hitting the streets. But driving it that low doesnt seem to be a good idea...
same idea with the donk scene, it isnt a good idea to drive with wheels that big cuzz your gas mileage is killed but people do it for looks.
it isnt that of a good idea to drive low as can be...but its all aprt of the game.
