Saw My First 09' MAXIMA...
That isht is hott! I like it better than the Infiniti sedans out there. It was Pearl and the stock rims where quite decent. Sharp...

Seen a few of them up here already. I like it a lot. Surprisingly aggressive and different. Definitely one of the better Nissan designs currently (though I find the G35 sedan just as attractive).
I don't know about this car...I like the Maxima less and less as the years go on. The nose looks like a mix between the S2000,Volvo S60, and the old school Q45.
It's probably a blast to drive though

Nissan is getting worse and worse overall... they're bring back the 240SX and that is a box on wheels,... the maxima.... can't say that it's stellar... if anything, it appears as if they are trying to sell the wedge lines of the GT-R on all of Nissan's other vehicles... and even the GT-R is somewhat suspect to me... ( in terms of shape... )
Performance isn't a problem for nissan... but they have been on a major decline in past years....

CAr designs are getting weirder every year. Is that supposed to be futuristic? It look like crap to me. The design of my car is almost 10 years old and it looks way better than that imo. For crying out loud, the tail lights look like if they got the civics tails and stretched them across.
Not good:
"Feel the Burn
After the Maxima Sport's fifth run through our slalom testing, the transmission decided it couldn't take the heat and defaulted into failsafe mode. The car assumed command of the manual shift gate and refused to serve up revs higher than 4,100 rpm.
All functions returned to normal once the Max had a time out and things cooled off. Given a cool transmission and a few more attempts, it's possible that the Sport's slalom speed might have edged closer to the Premium's result"
