k, this is not a BMW but definitely a "NIGHTMARE" related. I was cruising on the freeway today and spot this car, Lexus logo on front, and Lexus Logo with Lexus lettering & 300 + Hybrid marking on the rear.

Usually I am good with identifying cars but this one kinda gets me. I mean it looks like some kind of Japanese or American model, but those rear lights looks like Mercedes... Totally weird.

Can anyone tell what this really is?

Yeah, first gen Prius. Honestly, I kind of like that version better than the current one. It looked more like a regular car and less like a... fish. Though it's not very much better...

It is indeed a first-gen Prius....that was obvious from the first shot. I'm not a lawyer, but I wonder (?) if car companies can take legal action against motorists who use their badges and trim on vehicles that they don't produce. This is not the first time that we've seen posts like this....Lexus badges on non-Lexus vehicles. Seems to me that's a copyright infringement.
