Those wheels flow with the car very well, I wouldn't think they were 21's either.

i love every about this car, except the tail lights they look old and dated..but since the car has smoked tail lights it works for me

Not feelin' it, the wheels look a bit large. I think the all black finish is giving the illusiion the wheels are a bit smaller than they're purported size.

That looks really nice. Fitment is perfect. Only thing is the chrome accents on the car just stand out too much now that the wheels are black. If it were my car, I'd black out all the chrome and call it a day.
