VANs
We have a 93 previa dx with about 180k. That thing runs like a champ. We carry almost anything that can fit inside and it still strong as hell.
That's one of the reason why we stuck with the toyota and got the sienna.
The first sienna was a joke. Way too small to be a minivan.
I remembered my 95 corolla held up extremely well. Heck, my brother in laws 90 corolla held up well also.
My sister's 2001 civic is falling apart. Door panels coming off, rear headliner falling off like old buicks and oldsmobile. Driver's door is not lining up.
I bought this damn thing brand new. Heck, our 95 accord held better than that.
Anywho, this might be unfair, but that made me not to get another honda.

Regarding the R class, I don't think I would pay more than $40k for a people mover. And the R63??? Insane but stupidly pointless

A friend of mine who had a Previa told me he didn't change the oil for more than a year and it still ran like a champ. And till now I think he still owns the van. . .I guess its like a work horse. And thank God I decided not to get the R class.
With your 08 Odyssey, how much was it? I want to get a black one.

pretty much a family thing! we have owned a previa for awhile and it has over 300,000 pretty well maintained minor service great and reliable.
but it is an older car wonder if you meant sienna? but i would choose either an oddesey or siena for sure. for a mini van

I've driven both the Oddity and the Sienna, the newest Oddity is very nice. It's not as nice as the Sienna. The Sienna is quieter, easier to park and not as notchy feeling as the Honda. Plus I like the 268hp 3.5. It has niiiice smooth power. I've seen problems with the cylinder shutdown that Honda uses, Toyota's VVT-i is a lot more advanced than Vtec.

When we bought our 04 Sienna, the salesperson said it could be badged a Lexus. I agree, it was quiet and smooth. And, that was with the 3.3L in it. Other than the piston slap when cold on the 3.5L, the engine should be smooth once warmed up.

I bought an EX-L. I initially was looking at the LX (it's supposed to be a work van) but the leather, sunroof, and Variable Cylinder Management got the best of me and I ponied-up for the EX-L. Like I said, I am a Toyota guy but the Odyssey just looks cooler than the Sienna. I've already done HID headlights (XenonDepot), tint, clear bra (including rear bumper - loading stuff!) and H&R springs go in next week. I'm going to put 20" wheels on it...
Sticker on the EX-L (no Rear Seat Entertainment, no Nav) is $32,210 and I got mine for $27,300 + tax and title. Also got 4.9% financing.

If my mom can back out our odyssey without any problems, then most people shouldn't 
I dont find rear-view visibility to be any problem to be honest. It's not a car, but it's damn good for such a large vehicle.

Rarely do I see a case of a newer honda having its panels fall off. The only time we had a honda not holding up as well is when our hondas are almost 15 years old. Then again, our Toyotas fall apart too

wow! Pretty good deal . I think that's the ballpark price that I will be looking at.
