Toyota Blames Rapid Growth For Quality Problems
You aren't seriously comparing Toyota to Benz?
And this has what to do with anything? Of course Chevrolet has been successful; no one's denied that or even commented on that. We're not talking about success. We're talking about quality, and that's one thing Chevrolet has hardly had any reputation for outside of a select number of light trucks in decades past.

I'm not comparing Toyota and Mercedes, car for car. I'm talking about their build quality as a whole. Toyota (even Lexus) has more quality problems now than they have before. Benz is facing the same problem, except for a different reason. In the end, it's the quality that counts. Doesn't matter how they declined in recent years, or how they plan to get back up, as long as they end up meeting their goals, then that's good enough.
