The locations given for here in the Lousyville area are pretty much correct but the other info is not. For instance Laser and Vascar are listed as means of enforcement-LMPD uses nothing but Ka band radar. This is easy, cheap, and plenty remunerative. If you drive through this area, however, you will find that the LMPD enforces absolutely no other traffic rules-guess they make too much money on the speeding stupidity tax. So feel free to run red lights, turn left on red, ignore yield signs, etc., just like the natives.

Haha, don't you love this? Running red lights = OK. But speeding? NO WAI!!11!1

It's just like when the police and sheriff's department here begged the voting populace to approve a sales tax hike with their fearmongering about how the departments are understaffed, and ostensibly couldn't prevent serious crimes like rape and assault. But apparently, speeding is such a heinous crime that they devote resources setting up speed traps all over the valley!
