"UFO Response Team" patrol cars?

It had a regular license plate so I know the current owner isn't a part of any government team, but does such a department exist? It even had one of those "spotlight" things over the driver side rear view mirror.

In any case, I couldn't stop laughing when I saw this.

I actually drove past it and then stopped to go in reverse so I could take a pic. It was dark so I turned my steering wheel all the way to the right - thanks to Lexus for the adaptive headlights!
