for pro driver it's never problem doing stunts like that. getting the right angle and what not could be
i just showed this commercial to my wife. granted she's pretty biased to lexus i guess (haha), she saw the audi commercial and wasn't impressed by it at all. but she just wow over this commercial big time. so classy, so nice, so powerful.

Lexus needs to pay this ad company a big bonus. They have perfectly hit the sweet spot between being confident about the product and condescending. Audi's ad merely demonstrated their own corporate unease and fear--this was a PERFECT comeback.
And they did it without directly referencing Audi.
Well, the thing is that the rebuttal was not for Audi alone.
It's for all those fanbois and magazines that think Lexus is mellow (albeit it truly is).
It's a matter of practicality. The 5% of the population that are sport performance enthusiasts want it; the 95% of the population that drive a car "normally" couldn't care less.
"Just because you can (5%), doesn't mean that you should (95%)"

The commercial's music is from Mozart's opera "Nozze de Figaro" (with subtitles)
Voi Che Sapete -- Music Performed
Storyline: Cherubino (a female disguised as a male page) arrives and sings the Countess a love song that he supposedly wrote for her ("Voi che sapete che cosa è amor").
