Just purchased a 2007 Honda CRV since I store the SC for the winter.
I have only had it for 2 days but find that I like the naviagtion much better in the Honda. It's easier to use and the voice activation works great. It also has a backup camera (and that's in a $28k MSRP vehicle). They could have added that to the SC.

Yeah, the back-up camera, satellite radio, and IPod integration are on the top of most SC owners lists. Enjoy the Honda and hurry up spring!

Honda, Acura always has brought some of the best NAV units to the market.

This CRV also has a PC card reader where I can download music from my computer on to a SD card or Compact Flash card and through a PMCIA (I think) adapter, it will play.
It worked great. It will recognize up to 250 folders and 999 songs. They recommend using up to a 2 GB card even though larger ones might work.

Yeah. The SC is using "updated" 5-year old technology. The Honda CR-V is brand spanking new.

I doubt that Lexus will "change" the technology on the SC because the '08 model will most likely be it's last year until Toyota produces a redesigned SC. Only time will tell if the 3SC will become (once again) a leader in cutting edge technology (just like the LS460/600).

Well Honda/Acura I believe have been voted as having the best navigation systems, followed by Nissan and Toyota.

Yes... Check that comparo btwn the CR-V, RAV4 V6, Outlander and Rogue...

That's a really reallly good price for a compact SUV with leather, moonroof and nav!

Our Canadian price is about $34k without nav.

I didn't know they went that much upscale. I'm still living in 1998 when the CR-V was less than $20k. I haven't paid any attention to the CR-V since.

wow... that's a pretty cheap CR-V. In 1998, our CR-Vs were priced in the mid 20s, with EX versions maybe inching up to $27k (can't remember the exact numbers)

I guess you're referring to Canadian dollars, while I'm referring to USD. Here's a webpage I found that shows the USD MSRP for several CR-V trims from 1998:

http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Overvie...1998-CR-V.html

You'll need to scroll down near the bottom of the page.
