How bout no! Do know how big that car is? Think about it for a second before you roll your eyes at me. It only weighs about 500 lbs more than a 330Xi.

Come on, guys.....you're slipping. Fifteen posts after this, and nobody pointed out that the Aztek is not a Buick.

Just kidding....I slip up too sometimes.

Yep.....Round #2 coming up.

Round #1 occurred in 1996 when the big, rear-drive Fleetwood was dropped (along with the rear-drive Caprice, Impala, and Roadmaster) to convert the plant to SUV's and trucks, and that drove a lot of the former Fleetwood customers into Town Cars.

Actually they do, the BLS, an entry level Caddy that is FWD based off a Saab. Its been beat to death in the Euro mags.

Not terrible. Interior look Chevyish. Why dont they sell it here?

Im still amazed that the new CTS with Direct Injection puts down 300 horsepower and still gets decent gas mileage. Wish Subaru would get on that.

Well its Caddy's car to battle the 3/C/A4/IS in Europe b/c its a lot smaller than the CTS. Thing is, its based off a SAAB with FWD and average power. I honestly can't believe Caddy brought it to the market.

Caddy has gotten rid of FWD outside the DTS, which they now state will be a new RWD car. So no FWD Caddy's in the USA.

Base models of the SRX are still available with FWD.

Cadillac also wants to sell a car below the CTS here in North America. The rumour is that they will sell the BLS here. Personally, it's a bad idea as it will do more damage to Cadillac's already shaky image and reputation.

That's OK, you were just blinded by its ugliness and couldn't see the badges.
