Thumbs up Aston Martin DB9S by Project Kahn!

21.08.07

The DB9S styling package provides a contemporary look that stays true to the original Aston Martin DBS style. Now the leading design house in the UK Project Kahn’s team of dedicated designers recognise the importance of staying true to the original design themes of bespoke vehicles while providing a new and dynamic appearance that follows on the original contours of the car.

The DB9S styling package comprises of two front and two rear valance pieces, side skirts and rear boot lip spoiler. The addition of the front valance sections provides the aggressive front bumper and the moulded side skirts provide a ‘low to the road’ look which beautifully sets off the curves and flows of the original bodywork. The styling package is finished off perfectly by a set of 20” Kahn RSV alloy wheels, which Aston Martin actually used on their DBS prototype.

This package is an ideal way to transform a standard DB9 into the ultimate prestige marque. In an age when more and more individuals are able to afford luxury cars, the need to optimize their appearance becomes vital.

I don't really like the side skirts & the rear. I would prefer to just leave it alone compared to this.

It does nothing, because the car needs nothing, the kit is just a waste of money to me..

One thing for sure, an excellent photo shot can glamorize the hell out of a hot car-as in that last DBS thread.

I was wondering if it was possible to add a DBS body kit (just like the amg).
This doesn't look as good, but not bad.
Not crazy about those wheels.

I'd prefer a side skirt that was a bit more subtle (this should compliment the car
and not stand-out by itself) and for a car like the Aston the bumper pieces
should be full replacements, not add-ons.

Like the wheels, although I'd personally run 21s on this car with a nice lip.
A flat wheel like the Kahn actually looks bigger than it is, so this helps.

Wheel fitment is about perfect; rear fender mods are definitely required!

The DB9 is a gorgeous car - even better in person. I'll take mine in blue.

so they lower by just springs? why would anyone want to do that on an Aston Martin? I wonder how badly it throws off the suspension.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. I can put up with the front bumper but the side skirts has to many housings that make it look tacky.

Luv the car. The wheels are nice. The body kit a little over the top but it's an over the top car. I'd drive it.........then I'd probably take the kit off.
