thats a HELLISHLY vague question 
Ultimate:
-track car (purely track): Ultima GTR (or Caparo T1)
-Track/street car (POSSIBLE to DD): Caterham 7 body with either 13B or 1JZ or F20C motors
-Supercar (modern) : Koenigsegg CCX
-Supercar (old-er): Ferrari F40 OR 288 GTO
-Luxury Barge: Bentley Arnage Red R
-Luxury Sedan: Lexus LS600hL
-Luxury Coupe: BMW 650i/M6 (until SC460 with proper suspension and gearbox is released)
-Hardcore coupe: BMW M3CSL OR Lexus IS500
-Daily Driver (sub $30k): Scion XB OR Subaru WRX Wagon
-Boy Racer: Subaru WRX STi or Mitsubishi Evolution X MR
-Sleeper: MazdaSpeed 6 or ScottURNot's SC400 S/C (used to be owned by Supra before everyone realized the potential , ie back in 98)
-JDM: Nismo Skyline GT-R Z-Tune (stolen from MGS4) or Suzuki Cappucino/Diahatsu Copen (they arent cars, they're shoes
