Never mind just the lease payments on a new M5....they will be high enough, of course, for a 2-year lease, as you are seeing.......but have you also included the cost of insuring this car along with it? Insurance on a lease is generally your responsibility (it is usually not covered by the lease payment), and for a car like this will not be chump change either, depending on which company you are with (I generally recommend GEICO for the lowest prices, if they will accept you). Depending on your age, sex, and driving record, the premiums alone could be the equivalent of one or more extra lease payments each year.

Your numbers vary a great deal. I can figure it out manually but I will need exact:

1. msrp
2. cap cost
3. resudual percentage
4. money factor
5. length of lease
