No real surprise to me. But entertaining to watch though.

They open a new dealership and this is what they do to celebrate, huh? lol

The Tundra didn't even spin the wheels at all. Toyota's over aggressive TRAC system?

Stupid test - at least as they presented it to test "torque".

There's only two things that decide that test - available traction, and who loses it first.

That test doesnt mean anything. You can easily lose traction if you wanted to like the Dodge did.

Not impressed at all.

I was just going to point this out.

No doubt the Tundra has a good amount of torque, but as soon the other truck floors it, it loses traction. When traction is lost, all the tundra need to do is slowly drive away.

If the reversed had happen, the Ram would be pulling the Tundra away. Not exactly a 'torque' test. BTW, they also have the same kind of video for the silverado and the F150.

Very interesting video. If both trucks would have the same tires would that make it more of a fair test?

There have been lots of tests/comparisons between the Tundra, Ford, Chevy and Dodge. I'd like to see a real objective comparison between these full size trucks...

A better comparison would be having each of these two trucks tied to a 10,000lbs concrete block and see which one drags it further/quicker.

There was a video clip on Top Gear where a few big men out pulled a 600hp+ Mercedes SL65 in a similar contest. It's all about traction.

It would be more fair, but not completely fair because there'd still be a retard driving the Ram. Give him 10" wide racing slicks and he'd still manage to spin them and lose.

Now that looks like a properly done test.

The OP's video is more entertaining indeed though.
