How could an excessive lip be wrong on an excessively priced supercar like the murcielago, diablo or porsche? America was built on excessiveness. They get the thumbs up on the big lips.

Just to be clear, I don't think there is anything "wrong" with it.
To me it's just more aesthetically pleasing to have a more subtle
setup in the back. I did not even know that for a 3 piece aftermarket
wheel the massive lip was virtually a requirement (according to SoCalSC4's
post).

I was reading a Modified Luxury and Exotics article on an orange Murci
roadster and that thing attracted so much attention by itself (yes the
stock rear wheels did cause they're so frigging wide to begin with 18x13! ).

I do understand the sentiment that stock is lame and needs to go
at any price range, however

Sorry G, can't agree on that one. First off it looks like the Lambo has NO rear tire. Second, the giant lip makes the rear rim look about 2" smaller in diameter than the front which looks goofy.

I have to say, on exotics, it looks GREAT (IMO). Its an exotic touch.
On non exotic cars, I think a nice deep lip is better than a Godzilla lip.

Looks fine to me.
Hopefully when the gals walk by to check their hair or make-up, they don't fall in and get lost.
