Favorites in Class
I'm sure this has been done before, but I figured I would start a new thread on this, just to see what people's preferences are on here these days.

And most of these #1 choices would probably be replaced by Alfa Romeos if they were available in the US. Granted, I don't know much about them, but from the photographs I've seen, they look SICK!!!

I figured you guys would start throwing in cars like the IS-F
But to keep it fair, let's just stick to the choices in the poll.
Here are my picks:
Entry Level
Infiniti G35
Executive V6
Lexus GS350
Executive V8
Infiniti M45

Lexus LS460L

My first choices would not necessarily be strictly on those lists you posted, but OF those cars posted, here would be my picks:
Entry-Level: It would be a tie between a DSG /Quattro-equipped A4 and a G35X with AWD. The Audi DSG is superb.
Executive V6: Acura RL, hands-down.........IMO the best AWD sedan I've ever driven. Only the Lexus GS AWD even comes close.
Executive V8: Tough choice, but it would probably be a Quattro A8. The others don't offer AWD.
Flagship: LS460....minus the self-park option. I'll give up my AWD addiction for this car. The 460 is probably the best RWD sedan I've ever tested.....and the Mark Levinson stereo is INSANE. AWD comes with the 600H, but that is not on the list.....and the 600H, IMO, is just TOO expensive.

Entry Level
Lexus IS350: Hey, I chose it, didn't I?
I chose it because of the blend of styling (both interior and exterior), power, performance (which may not be "top", but definately is good enough for everyday driving as well as spirited weekend runs), reliability, and value.
Executive V6
Acura RL: this car has all the bells and whistles you can get, with enough power and spunk to make it a true competitor. Reliability is also key. This car is the most functional+luxurious of the group listed.
Executive V8
Infiniti M45: A good balance of luxury and power for a great price. I would have chosen the 540i, but it has its issues. If I could get both for the same price, I would definately get the 5-Series. However, Infiniti has a good thing in their hands right now.
Flagship
Lexus LS460L: technologically, nothing can touch it. As far as performance, it's dead last. Would I want the LS to be sporty? Absolutely NOT!!! This is not a racehorse; this is purebred show dog. This is the best of the litter.

As far as the flagship goes, the LS460 defenately trumps everything else, in pretty much every way. Unfortunately, its not particularly good looking, while the A8 is so gorgeous that I personally prefer it over the LS.
