Well I'll say this, I've never been a fan of domestics. Growing up we had a few Ford's and Chevy's. Never any problems just not really nice vehicles. Well the other day my father called and wanted me to swing by their house. He had picked up an '07 Avalanche 20's/Bose in-dash 6/XM/Onstar. Thing is NICE! After driving it I was really impressed with the build quality and ride. GM has come a looooong way. I give em a .

Oh yeah I also got to drive a 6.0 GTO the other day. All I can say is WOW

Well although I've never really been a Stang or SS kinda guy I do love the big power/tq! But times are changing and there are many different models available on the market. If I ever did go with an LS engine, I'd probably pick up the CTS-V like you over the GTO...I prefer more luxury....SWEET rides btw, it's just that damn wheel hop and the parts (corrective and performance) are pretty pricey.
