I had a neighbor who had a Civic with dual exhaust-- or so I thought. That was until one day I saw him warming up his car in the morning and only smoke was coming out of one side. I was curious so I checked it out one day. Sure enough, only one pipe was connected to one muffler and the other had brackets but no piping.
