i had alot of ppl tell me stories about this at work and saying it works wether there a ember of they buddy is, soudns prettuy on poitn with what ppl say here. its a get out of jail free card for the most part

I would not go as far as saying it is a get out of jail free card.
One, we have not established that this card can get you out of anything more than traffic violations (speeding, etc).
And secondly, the only actual "jail time" would come from a DUI, and no one here as confirmed that this can even get you out of that.
For the most part, members of this elite 11-99 foundation will less likely get a traffic violation like speeding, reckles driving, etc. But in no way has anyone indicated that this is a "get out of jail free" card. Just wanted to clear that up.
