Oh man! Its a small, small world...this happened about a month ago or so in my home town, in Norway! 
Theyre building a new hospital, and the contractor in charge has had more than their fair share of screw ups...so i guess you could say this will get an aftermath 
Oh...btw...there was noone in the car at the time...luckily
