Default Local S2000

Okay, with all the posts about Car Companies...

I figured this would be a nice break.

This is a local guy's S2000. I was surfing a local JDM site and saw pictures and thought it was one of the sexiest S2000s I had ever seen! The turbo, well that helped. LOL.. Now if only they were hard tops! Too bad there were not any sound clips (not yet anyway) and incase you were curious it put down 618 rwhp, and they are shooting fro 700 with race fuel.

It will be in an upcoming Modified Mag.

Enjoy.

Well done.

Very over-done rice, but well done.

Don't see what's rice about it but the car is very clean and well done! Makes me want to get another S2000, car was so much fun minus the poor rear visibility with the top up.

I don't see what is so.. ricey about it? He has no stickers, pretty much a stock body. I think the wheels are a little flashy, and if it was a true track car the system would have to go..

Oh well.

Usually, anything that's not a modified 'Yoda or a Lexus get the "rice" badge around here... it's a shame too, because that's one nice looking S2K.

I like the looks and the numbers are impressive. But I wonder... when the difference between 618 and 700 matters to you, why would you rock two heavy subs? Although with that kind of power, the weight above the rear axle could be beneficial as well.

I think it is nicely done. I don't think there is any ricy part in it. I guess all the power boost parts under the hood were demanded by the owner, and nothing wrong with that.

Only one thing that I wish it can be better is the rear bumper. Instead of 2 curves for dual exhaust setup, I would spend more mind to get the proper one with single curve for that big exhaust.

Lovely ride!

Show me a 600whp+ car that has a single pipe exhaust that isn't as big.

When you have that much power, you're going to need to dump it out. A tiny exhaust isn't going to cut it.
By going with what you're saying, most of the Supras are rice since most of them sport huge exhaust.
