Why even bother SICK? We all know ff's attitude towards Lexus. I can't help but think that even he does not really believe what he says at times and just posts to get a reaction.

You are right and I should know better. I'd rather though, argue and get baited than have our members do it and get in trouble.

06 C6 vette with z51 options if it had to be brand new. If used the options are endless for me.

I have not seen any reviews or numbers on the 335i sedan only the coupe. I forgot what they tested the coupe at but I don't recall it getting a 0-60 of 4.9 seconds which a IS350 did in a recent comparison. The 335i coupe got very good reviews and looks to be a very nice package except for the interior which I believe is a step down from the E46 BMWs and it was one of the cars on my list. The new twin turbo inline six certainly has more potential then the v-6 in the IS350 though, hopefully it will still be reliable with people tuning for more power.

I'm not saying these are the correct numbers but Road and Track seems to think the 335i is faster than an IS350.

335i :http://www.roadandtrack.com/assets/d...R_BMW_335i.pdf

IS350: http://www.roadandtrack.com/assets/d...data_panel.pdf

Although I do no think that the straight line acceleration is quite as big of a gap as these PDF's show. In fact, I'm guessing that the IS is probably only a few tenth's of a second slower. But, you are right there has been no direct comparison test between the cars yet and the difference between the two has yet to be seen.
