I love those things wish we had them here in North America.

Especially at lights and stop signs.

Might want to think that through. Sounds like a good way to make car accidents deadlier. (ie. a red light runner landing on someone's car).

A transporter that beams the offender to the jail and his/her car to impound.

I wonder if it is only a matter of time before the in-car electronics are sync'd to pavement sensors. Moving violations are automatically sent to a large D-base for automatic citation processing. By then, it will be deducted from your bank account held on file for payment of insurance and license fees.

That scene in Demolition Man where Stallone swears and he is fined credits.

Or atleast automatic spike strip things.

I honestly hate when people run a stop or a red light, because one day I will side swipe them and not stop, seeing it wont be my fault that i ran into them.

LOL...those things are no joke. Many buildings in the Financial District of NYC have those things (some significantly bigger than the one in the video). Would tear your car apart!!

If we had those in California, someone would probably sue the city/state and win...
The bloodsucking/ambulance chasing lawyers would have a field day with it.

... which is too bad, because all you have to do to avoid damaging your car
is NOT be an idiot. I know that's difficult for most people
