Its funny that he has such low expectations for Mercedes quality.

 

About the funniest episode to date. Love how the back seat support leans forward with the driver in such a fast car. As he said, "appaling Mercedes build quality."

 

Of course that CL is now obsoleted by the new one, but a great video. I really enjoyed part II as well with the drag race against the Aston Martin DB9 and the Bentley Continental.

I didn't approve of his argument that all you do is spin off the line - that video of it DEFINITELY had him on the brakes. Plus, if it had that little traction then it wouldn't have been the bullet it was against the other two in a drag race.

wet roads + Bi Turbo V12+ 275wide tires in the rear = No traction... its basically a no brainer.

Why not throw some 315's back there, and find some dry pavement to test this monster?

 

i remember that being a pretty old video. can't wait to see when they look at the new cl65, if the show comes on again

 

So when it's HIS sl55 that he paid for is has all the traction in the world , interior is perfect and voice activation works...but on a borrowed cl65 the seats are cheap (even tho its the same) voice activation doesnt work (again its the same). hmm...

 

reminds of people on their respective forums who can almost see nothing wrong with their cars...
