Interesting COP CAR
Does anybody know what GS powerplant is the same as the Avalon, Specifically this one?

I think they share the 2GR-FSE but the Avalon one is different in some manner.

It'll never happen. The most obvious reasons are that the Avalon costs too much, and it's FWD.

exactly
they need the RWD to push cars off the road during pursues
and crown vic police interceptors are really nice cars for its price anyways
pretty reliable too

Yup. And cheap/simple to repair when something breaks, or when there is body damage.

Yep. They got a bunch of them in NYC. Philly's been using CV's and are in the process of switching to Hemi powered Chargers for the highways.
BUt I just can't see police forces using the Avalon. It costs more than the other models I believe.
Its a great looking concept(introduced last year). I have a few pictures of it somewhere. I have to look for them.
