I agree. As a Lexus tech for 10 years I've seen the good and the bad side of Lexus ( even know it's a rare case),but Lexus got away with it by great customer service and great customer relation. I don't have much experience with BMW,but they are great cars and fun to drive. I got a change to drove a couple of trade in M5 and M3, just love it.
This thread may turn into a flame war because a lot of Lexus owners also own a BMW. So, be polite to each other.
