Finally, someone who isn't a Lexus hater reviewing the new LS.
Very good write up.
The thing with the new LS is that there's actually TOO MUCH to write about(not a bad thing). It would take a book to get through the features.
AWD early 2007! That's a lot earlier than I expected.
The more I look at the package the more I like. The only
caveat is that there are some colors that make the car look
bleh... Dark colors seem to rule the day with L-finesse.

Who were the "Lexus haters" that reviewed it and what makes them "Lexus haters"?
Thank gawd they gave it a positive review... I was dreading the:
"what the hell does AOL know about cars"
"Obviously the guy is a MB owner"
"That reviewer has no credentials... and I'M gonna tell him that!"
So then just change it to:
"what the hell does AOL know about cars"
"Obviously the guy is a Lexus owner"
"That reviewer has no credentials... and I'M gonna tell him that!"
Only now it's for the anti-LS crowd.
Sorry, but I don't really give a flying hoot about what AOL, Money Magazine, Consumers Union or the Robb Report have to say about the car. There are a couple of magazines, and I'd go so far as to say writers at specific magazines, that I look to for their input on vehicles. I then balance that with what I think I know as their biases from following them for many years (Think Ebert and Roeper and who you agree with and why). Then I drive the car myself and draw my own conclusions.
