Default AOL's take on the Lexus LS460

Here is AOL's review of the LS460 ( from CAR CONNECTION ).
I have not reviewed this car myself yet but plan to....it is on my list.

Finally, someone who isn't a Lexus hater reviewing the new LS.
Very good write up.
The thing with the new LS is that there's actually TOO MUCH to write about(not a bad thing). It would take a book to get through the features.

AWD early 2007! That's a lot earlier than I expected.

The more I look at the package the more I like. The only
caveat is that there are some colors that make the car look
bleh... Dark colors seem to rule the day with L-finesse.

Who were the "Lexus haters" that reviewed it and what makes them "Lexus haters"?

Any critic that subjectively negates the LS, because they can find nothing objective to criticize...

Remember that massive thread we just had on Dan Neil's review of the LS. If that isn't a biased hater, then I don't know what is.

Only now it's for the anti-LS crowd.

Sorry, but I don't really give a flying hoot about what AOL, Money Magazine, Consumers Union or the Robb Report have to say about the car. There are a couple of magazines, and I'd go so far as to say writers at specific magazines, that I look to for their input on vehicles. I then balance that with what I think I know as their biases from following them for many years (Think Ebert and Roeper and who you agree with and why). Then I drive the car myself and draw my own conclusions.

Can't wait to drive it myself.
