Default 2008 Honda Accord

http://www.automobilemag.com/future_..._honda_accord/

Anyone have any more info or pics? The current Accord is rated the top midsize by Consumer Reports as well as many other publications so the next gen should be impressive. From what I hear its supposed to look a little like the current Acura RL only better!

It better be a lot better looking than the current one if Honda plans on competing with the new Camry. Of course, there's always a ton of Honda loyalists to buy even ugly Honda's.

I agree, I dont like the looks of the current Accord but I do like the new Civic(sans the big chrome grill) I dont like the looks of any Acura sedan except for the RL, so we will see how the next Accord looks. I think it will be hot though

That's too good looking to be the USDM Accord - that would be the Euro Accord or the next TSX.

That looks good, just like the '06 Civic took the Compact car segment to the next level I believe the '08 Accord will do the same for the Midsize segment. Im honestly not a fan of the '07 Camry, between the looks, recalls & other gripes Im hearing its just not doin it for me. When it comes to Luxury cars though I feel Lexus definitely has the upper hand over Acura

Im thinking the next Accord will look more like a bigger Civic and less like that picture.

New Civic sales are down this month. Old Corolla sales are up. It didn't take anything to the next level except ugly styling.

I find this pic to look good but then again just about any sedan looks better than the current Accord.

As a matter of fact, any DRAWING from ANY COMPANY or ANY MAGAZINE looks good, big wheels, no fender gap, etc etc.. Its never the real thing.

It can't come fast enough, with sales down 28%.
